The Raffles Chair solicits and organizes items for our raffles that occur up to 4 times per year. Our biggest packages for raffle happens during Parents Weekend at the Aggie Moms Boutique in College Station!  This Chair also responsible for marketing the raffles and selling tickets.

If it is your first time visiting our new site, you will be prompted to create a log in for membership toolkit. 

Some of you may have an established account on this software from a PTA, booster club or HOA. If you do, you can keep your same log in credentials and continue to the CCAM site. Once there you will be prompted to update your personal information. You can then purchase your active membership right on the site.

Membership gives you access to all our activities     

You need to have membership at CCAM to be able to register for connecting events this year because all of our activities and volunteering opportunities are all streamlined through this one website.

Name Badges may be ordered in several ways for your convenience. You can order online, order in person, or order by mail.

You must be a paid member to order one. If you are not logged into the CCAM Members website, it will require you to do so before accessing the order form. Completed Name Badges can be picked up at each general meeting throughout the year.

If you order your Name Badge by September 8, you can pick them up as early as September 18th, our first general meeting of the 2023-2024 school year!

Invitations are in the mail for our upcoming New Moms Welcome! This event is a great way to begin the year! Our CCAM Board will answer questions, share upcoming activities, and so much more. Our boutique will be open and new moms can learn about membership if they have not already joined!

We will be hosting our spring golf tournament again this year at Hurricane Creek Country Club. Over the last 4 years, we have profited anywhere from $5000 to almost $7000 each year. We would really like to see us closer to the $7000 this year and make it an exceptionally profitable event. More detailed information will be provided once we secure a date with the club by late November.

To reach our goal of $10,000 in sponsorships, we need to start early in securing sponsorships and selling more of our $100 Howdy Sponsorships (this includes a tee box sign with customized signage). This is where you can help – reach out to potential sponsors to see if they would be interested and/or become a Howdy Sponsor yourself. You can send information of potential sponsors - how you know them, if they are interested, and who to contact; to Kathy and Karen.

There is a list of life experiences that moms may be dealing with and would like to have support from other moms who have already had a similar experience. For example, if you are a breast cancer survivor and another Aggie Mom was just diagnosed, talking to someone with a shared experience could be invaluable. Perhaps your student is struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse issues or you have experienced the loss of a child. 

We are currently gathering a list of moms ready to provide support. If you are interested in becoming a Support Sister, please click the link below and complete the Google Sign Up Form. Once we have those moms signed up, we will send out information on how to sign up for support. If you need support now, please let contact me directly, do not feel like you must wait.

Important Note: Any information provided on the Support Sister sign up form will be kept strictly confidential and only the Aggie Moms Care Officer will have access to this information to be able to match up Aggie Mom Sisters when a request for support is received.
